01Introduction
These General Terms set out the rules for using Sesalin and form the common basis for its services. They apply to users, consumers, buyers, sellers, businesses, professionals and other participants according to the service and relationship involved.
Read these Terms and any specific documents before creating an account, publishing an offer or concluding a contract. Where acceptance is required, it must be obtained in the relevant process. If you disagree with the applicable conditions, do not complete that registration or transaction.
Service, offer or market-specific conditions may supplement these Terms when made available before contracting. Mandatory law takes precedence; specific conditions govern their subject matter without overriding mandatory rules.
02About Sesalin
Sesalin provides technology for digital presence, discovery, publishing, communication and business management. It may connect consumers, businesses, sellers, buyers, professionals, service providers and customers, estate agencies, owners, agents, vehicle sellers, hotels and other businesses.
Features and availability may vary by country, language, sector, plan and service. A category appearing on the platform does not mean that every feature is available in every market.
Sesalin is not automatically the seller, owner, employer, agent or provider of third-party offers. The supplier and each participant’s role should be identified in the offer or contract. Where Sesalin directly provides a service, the applicable offer should identify it as the provider.
03Eligibility and accounts
To enter into contractual obligations, you must have legal capacity in the applicable market or act through a legally authorised representative. Business accounts must be created and used by someone authorised to represent the organisation.
Provide accurate information and keep contact details up to date. Some features require an account, verification or additional documents; others may allow browsing or requests without an account.
Protect your credentials, avoid improper sharing of access and report suspected compromise. Responsibility for disputed activity must take account of the circumstances and each party’s security obligations.
You may request account closure through the available channels. Closure does not remove existing obligations, pending requests or information that must be retained by law.
04Businesses and professional profiles
You must be entitled to publish information about the person or organisation represented by a business page or professional profile. Trading names, qualifications, licences and contact details must be accurate.
Each business or professional must keep its activity, location, availability, prices and conditions current and obtain any authorisations required for regulated activities.
A profile, highlight or badge does not replace checking the qualifications needed for a contract. Interpret verification only within its stated scope; it is not a universal guarantee about a participant.
05Publishing listings
Listings may cover products, services, property, vehicles, rooms, establishments and other supported offers. Only publish offers you have the right and ability to fulfil.
Photos, videos, descriptions, prices, currency, availability and commercial information must be accurate, current and not misleading. Disclose additional costs, restrictions, relevant characteristics and delivery or performance conditions before contracting.
Do not publish personal data, images, brands or third-party content without an appropriate legal basis or permission. Correct or withdraw offers you can no longer fulfil.
- Clearly identify the supplier and the nature of the offer.
- Do not list counterfeit goods, unlawful services or activities lacking a required licence.
- Follow sector rules and the technical limits presented when publishing.
06Marketplace and transactions
For third-party offers, the sales relationship is between the buyer and the identified seller. The seller must disclose the product’s condition, total price, stock, delivery timing and terms, warranties and applicable cancellation and return conditions.
Before confirming a purchase, buyers should check the offer, delivery details and payment terms, provide accurate information and fulfil their agreed obligations.
Sellers are responsible for the lawful sale, invoicing, conformity and delivery of their products and the cancellations, returns and complaints for which they are responsible. Stock shortages or delays must be communicated and handled according to the contract and applicable law.
Processing, any holding of funds and settlement depend on the payment method and process used. Do not assume that every transaction includes escrow, buyer protection or a refund guarantee.
Keep the offer description, messages, receipts and order identification if a problem occurs. Contact the seller and, where necessary, Sesalin. Specific policies do not remove mandatory legal rights.
07Professionals and service requests
Where supported, users may post service requests and professionals may submit proposals or express interest. Describe the work, location, timing and requirements clearly without disclosing unnecessary information.
Proposals and messages help clarify terms. A request or expression of interest does not, by itself, confirm a contract. Before engaging a professional, agree on identity, qualifications, scope, price, materials, timing, payment and cancellation conditions.
Unless the applicable offer expressly says otherwise, the performance contract is directly between the customer and professional. The professional is responsible for delivery and professional duties; the customer must provide the agreed conditions and information and make payments due.
Document changes, delays, cancellations and additional work. Reviews must reflect genuine experience. In a dispute, Sesalin may receive information and provide support within existing features, without replacing authorities or automatically assuming responsibility for performing the service.
08Payments, plans and commissions
The platform may offer free or paid plans, subscriptions, commissions, fees, promotions and trials. Applicable amounts, currency, taxes, limits and criteria must be presented in the offer or contracting process, without relying on fixed percentages in these Terms.
Before subscribing, check the duration, billing cycle, any automatic renewal, the end of promotional periods and cancellation method. Automatic renewal or billing after a trial must be clearly disclosed and authorised where required.
Cancellation, plan changes and refunds follow the conditions disclosed when contracting and applicable law. Neither universal refundability nor a universal exclusion of refunds is assumed. Commercial changes must respect existing contracts and information duties.
Payments may be processed by external providers under their verification and security procedures. Participants must meet their tax obligations and provide correct billing details. These Terms do not remove Sesalin’s responsibility for funds it actually receives or manages.
Affiliate and partner programmes have their own published enrolment conditions and attribution criteria. Fraudulent self-referrals and artificial commission generation are prohibited.
09Bookings and specialised services
Accommodation and other bookings may require confirmation and depend on availability, occupancy, dates and specific requirements. Check prices, currency, charges, schedules, documentation and cancellation, amendment and no-show conditions before booking.
Property and vehicle advertisers must be entitled to advertise and negotiate the offer. A listing does not replace inspections, ownership checks, documentation, registrations or legal formalities.
Regulated services, including healthcare where available, must comply with licensing, qualifications and sector rules. Platform information or contact does not replace emergency assistance or a necessary professional assessment.
10Prohibited conduct
Use Sesalin lawfully and respectfully. You must not engage in or facilitate:
- Fraud, scams, false identities or misleading offers.
- Illegal or counterfeit products or services, or activities without required licences.
- Spam, harassment, threats, discrimination or improper disclosure of personal data.
- False reviews or manipulation of reputation, attribution or commissions.
- Infringement of copyright, trademarks or other third-party rights.
- Unauthorised access, exploitation of vulnerabilities without permission, malware or interference with services.
- Abusive scraping or automation that bypasses controls, compromises data or harms the platform.
- Any use of Sesalin for unlawful activities.
11Reviews and reputation
Reviews and comments must relate to a genuine experience, be relevant and respect the rights of those involved. Do not impersonate reviewers or buy, sell or manipulate ratings.
Do not make benefits conditional on false reviews. Any legitimate incentive must be transparent and consistent with applicable rules.
Reviews do not guarantee future performance. Disputed content may be assessed through reporting channels; legitimate criticism should not be removed merely because it is unfavourable.
12Moderation and suspension
Sesalin may review reports, content, listings and accounts and take proportionate action where there are indications of rule violations, security risks or legal duties. Measures may include requests for clarification, feature restrictions, content removal or suspension.
Where permitted and appropriate, affected participants should receive information about the measure and be able to request reconsideration through contact channels. Urgency, fraud investigations or legal duties may require immediate action or limit disclosure.
Closure or suspension does not, by itself, extinguish consumer rights, funds legitimately due or outstanding obligations. Data retention and processing follow applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
13Intellectual property
Sesalin’s identity, software and own content are protected by applicable rights. Using the platform does not transfer ownership of those rights.
You retain rights to your content. To the extent you hold those rights, you grant Sesalin a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, technically adapt and display it to operate the features you use. Permission is limited to the necessary purposes and period, including backups and lawful retention.
Promotional uses beyond those purposes require an appropriate basis or permission. If you believe content infringes your rights, report its identity, location and supporting evidence.
14Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Cookie and similar technology choices are explained in the Cookie Policy and available consent controls.
Do not publish sensitive or third-party data unless necessary and lawful. Use the channels in the Privacy Policy for requests concerning your data.
15Third-party services
Sesalin may integrate payment, mapping, authentication, hosting and other third-party services. External services may have their own terms, presented in the appropriate context.
A link or integration is not an unrestricted guarantee of a third party’s activities. Using third parties does not remove obligations imposed on Sesalin by law or contract. Check the recipient before sharing information or paying outside official processes.
16Responsibilities
Each participant is responsible for the obligations it undertakes and conduct attributable to it. Sesalin is responsible for its services and applicable duties, including security, data and funds it actually manages.
Services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or external circumstances. Sesalin must address incidents within its responsibilities; these Terms neither promise absolute availability nor remove rights following a failure.
Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Distinguishing the platform from suppliers does not remove duties that actually belong to Sesalin.
17Changes to these Terms
Sesalin may update these Terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements or security measures. The version displayed identifies its last update date.
Material changes must be communicated appropriately, with their effective date and advance notice where required. Further acceptance will be requested where necessary; updating the text does not retrospectively change agreed contractual conditions.
If you disagree with a change, review available cancellation or closure options, without prejudice to existing rights and outstanding obligations.
18Dispute resolution
Identify the transaction, parties and requested outcome and contact the supplier or Sesalin as appropriate to the responsibility involved. Keep relevant records and communications.
Attempting resolution through contact does not prevent recourse to authorities, alternative dispute resolution or competent courts and does not automatically suspend legal deadlines.
Applicable law and jurisdiction must be determined under the rules governing the relationship and market, including mandatory consumer protection. This version does not establish compulsory arbitration or an exclusive forum; those contractual details remain subject to legal validation.
19Contact
For questions about these Terms, use the Contact page. Identify the service, transaction and relevant information without sending passwords or full payment card details.
The responsible entity’s legal identity and specific formal contact channels must be confirmed in the legal configuration before final approval. The available support channel is not represented as an address for service of legal proceedings.
