01Introduction
This policy explains storage on your device when using the main site and identifies technologies in connected services. Optional categories start disabled. Our Privacy Policy explains personal data processing beyond these technologies.
02What are cookies?
Cookies are small records stored by your browser and included in applicable requests. Local and session storage keep information on your device without automatically sending it in every request. Pixels may communicate events to a provider.
- Session cookies: normally last until the browser session ends.
- Persistent cookies: have a defined expiry or remain until removed.
- First-party cookies: associated with the domain of the service you visit.
- Third-party cookies: associated with an external domain. A third-party technology may also create cookies on the Sesalin domain.
03How we use them
We maintain sessions and requested operations, save your decision and, when permitted, remember preferences and measure interactions. Search and navigation remain available when optional categories are rejected; some choices no longer persist between visits.
04Categories
You can allow each optional category independently. Allowing a category does not automatically install a service that has not been configured.
- Necessary: authentication, security, requested routing to services and storage of the choice itself. These cannot be disabled in this manager.
- Preferences: saving language, approximate geolocation, favourites and search history on the main site.
- Analytics and performance: click measurement for internal indicators when that feature is active. No Google Analytics or other external analytics SDK was identified on the main site.
- Marketing: Meta Pixel and conversion events, when configured. Only marketing permission enables these integrations.
05Cookies and technologies used
Durations reflect configuration found in the code. “No automatic expiry” does not mean mandatory retention: you can withdraw permission or clear browser data.
06Third-party technologies
Meta Pixel loads only with marketing permission and a configured identifier. It may create identifiers and communicate events to Meta. Google authentication, when selected, uses a separate sign-in flow; it is not an advertising tracker installed on this page. Hosting or email providers are not listed as cookies merely because they are part of the infrastructure.
Meta — Cookie Policy07Manage preferences
On your first visit you can accept all, reject optional categories or customise. We store the version, categories and choice date without adding a personal identifier. The decision lasts up to 180 days; a relevant version change asks for a new choice.
- The footer and the button on this page reopen the manager. Closing without saving keeps the previous decision.
- Withdrawing permission blocks new optional events. Known optional main-site storage is cleared; HttpOnly geolocation is removed on the next request to the site.
- We cannot erase cookies on external domains or data already received by providers. You can also use browser controls; disabling all cookies may prevent sign-in.
- Old marketing-only acceptance cookies do not automatically authorise the new categories: an updated choice is requested.
08Changes to this policy
We review this policy when technologies or purposes change. The date below identifies this version. Relevant consent changes may require a new decision.
